This is the year for Bloggers

Working in the digital media industry, I am constantly seeking out new research, stats, and all new information on digital marketing. I find it fun and entertaining to see where the trends are going and what I am expect in the near future. Yesterday, while searching the web I cam across the 10 Predictions for Social Media and Digital in 2014, and guess what landed at the number 1 spot? Personal Blogs, of course. To all of us bloggers out there, here's to you (and me)!

To any of the guys who are reading this blog post, blogs are not just for women in their young 20's who love fashion or to the moms who want to make cookies and drop their kids off at school with packed organic lunches; you can blog about anything you want and what you are passionate about. If you blog about something you love and things you are truly interested in, you will find an audience. There are a few male bloggers that I follow for adventures and culture, and I truly love their craft. I also have two very close male buddies Justin and Tim, who are the two most artistic and creative friends that I have - you must check out there amazing (non-fashion and non-mommy) blogs.
