30 Day Challenge - April 2014

It is April 1st, time to set a new Monthly Challenge for April and to recap March’s monthly challenge of blogging every day and training and eating like a female bikini builder model.

If you follow my blog regularly, you can see that I excelled at the first challenge of blogging every day to start building content and hoping to pick up a few followers along the way. Check and check! I have had a blast writing, entertaining and establishing Artisan Happiness. I have learned so much along the way and will continue blogging regularly. Also, I will be traveling quite a but this month, so I will have new content, images and stories to share with you. Please stay tuned!

Now, as of my second challenge of eating and training as a competitive female bikini bodybuilder… failed. I failed terribly actually. I had unexpected things come up this month, including going back to school, horrible stomach issues (gluten sensitively that would cause we to not be able to keep food in and made me feel sick, weak and drop a lot of weight) and working on something every night on a secret project that I am not able to discuss at this time, but will soon. I have not worked out or had any exercise in about 2 or 3 weeks which is possibly the longest I have ever gone.

That is a perfect transition for me to tell you about my April challenge which is completely focused on me and my self-happiness. I am grounding myself  from my computer after work hours so I can dedicate my evenings to being with Ken and getting back into working out and clearing my mind. I will do all my blog posts and my secret project during my lunch hour so I can have the evening hours for myself. When I get back from Ireland I will start P90X again and will track the progress along the way. But this main challenge is #happinesshunting, working on myself and completing my secret project. Although it will be a hard one to truly measure, I am confident I will feel better after these 30 days.
