30 Day Challenge - September 2014

Ever made it through a day and feel like you have accomplished nothing? Or that your finances, workouts, and other personal goals feel impossible to achieve and that you are getting no where on any of the above? If so, you are not alone. Studies show 8 out of 10 people say they lack overall goals; so what are we doing all day, and most importantly what are we working towards? We all have goals and dreams that we want to get it, but need to make sure we are doing what is needed daily to get there.

My new 30 day challenge is to set 3 goals a day that will help me achieve my long term goals. For me that includes workouts, studying to get my licenses for my job, financial, travel and other personal goals. I have purchased a new pink journal that I can carry with my to make sure I write my goals down each day and make sure I am accomplishing what I set out to do. Those who physically write their goals down are 10X more likely to achieve those goals.

In addition to goal setting, I am taking one more action toward my happiness hunting journey and will be ending my day writing down 3 things I am grateful for each day. This will help me focus on everything I have and all of the amazing things in my life versus what I don't have and all the things that have gone wrong throughout the day. What I am hoping to get out of this is the confidence and satisfaction that I truly do have it all and will help me appreciate everything so much more. 

The secret to having it all is believing you already do.
